2. PROCESSOR : The processor is something that Matters in any phone mostly, so many smartphone companies offer  a great processor, But if you want the most power for games, browsing and streaming, buy an Android phone with a Snapdragon 821 chip or the very latest Snapdragon 835 mobile platform. When you see a phone with these processors, they are the first to put into consideration according to your budget.

BATTERY  CAPACITY: Don't go for smartphones that Posses a battery capacity less than 3000mah.  Battery capacity matters when purchasing a smartphone, we tend to be multitasking our smartphone at times and the battery gets down, so with a smartphone that has a good battery capacity, you'll get through the day on a single charge.
4. CAMERA PIXELS: Don't pay attention more on camera megapixels. the camera is one of the most important smartphone feature. Focus more on the  specs such as aperture (lower numbers are better) and special features such as dual lenses which serve so many functions. 
5. MEMORY STORAGE: Get at least 32GB of storage. Phones with 16GB are a rip-off and they tend to be exhausted with just a few videos and games, but  thankfully they’re becoming extinct among flagship phones, which mostly start with  32GB storage which will enable you use your phone without the fear of exhausting your memory, if you are the type that plays games all the time, it'll be best if you go for 64GB storage phones or purchase a phone  that has memory card slot. When choosing the memory card slot phone, make sure it's not replacing your dual sim, if it's okay by you, then you go for it. 
6. OPERATING SYSTEMS: Android, iOS or Other?  

• Android,  Android dominates worldwide smartphone users, and for good reason. when it comes to design, display size, specs, capabilities and price, you'll find more choices than IOS. Android is an open OS which can be manipulated, which means it's easier to customize with awesome launchers and widgets. With the release of the latest version of Android 7.0 Nougat , Android phones offer better multitasking out of the box, with a new multiwindow feature, direct replies to notifications and a Doze feature for saving battery life . However, when a new version of Android arrives, it can take several months (or longer) for the updated OS to hit your phone. There are exceptions to these Google's  own Pixel and Pixel XL phones, which get security and software updates directly from Google.
• IOS 10,  All of the latest iPhones — including the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone SE, iPhone 8 — run the latest version of Apple's operating system. iOS 10 offers several enhancements, including a more interactive and expressive Messages app , an improved Siri that plugs into more apps and a Home app that helps you control smart home gadgets. The biggest reasons to opt for an iOS device include its ease of use, access to OS updates as soon as they’re available (unlike Android, with the exceptions of Google’s Pixel phones) and the ability to work seamlessly with Apple devices (such as the iPhone and the Mac).
